Coldfur padded over to the fresh-kill pile and picked out a plump gray squirrel. Willowkit and Twistedkit were wrestling in the nursery.

I've heard the release date was August 26th :P And theres a rumor The real Erin Hunters aren't writing it..But it seems like it could be a good series.

Ya I voted for cover one XD , but all I know is that its about humans disappearing and the dogs have to 'take' their place or something like that. Which cover did you vote for?

Coldfur saw EchoStream and protectively took Willowkit and Twistedkit to the nursery. She stood at the entrance of the nursery den, "How do we know your not a spy!" She accused. Coldfur's fur bristled, ready for anything.

Coldfur glared at Echostream before going back into the Nursery.

Twistedkit dropped down into a 'hunting' like crouch and pounced on Willowkit. "Hey! No fair I wasn't ready!" Willowkit mewed. Twistedkit pinned her down. "Twistedkit, go easy on your sister." Coldfur said. Twistedkit sighed but got off of her and started again. Willowkit jumped around, pretending to be a rabbit.

Willowkit stops in place just before Twistedkit pounces and looks at Lifekit. "Would you like to join us?" She asked politely. Twistedkit shrunk in his pelt, and looked at his twisted paw. He quickly covered it up with his other one.

Coldfur purred as she saw the kits play around. She trotted out of the nursery, but kept a close eye on Echostream while she went to visit her father. Willowkit smiled. "What do you want to do?" She asked Lifekit.

After sharing tongues with her father, Coldfur advanced out of the elders den and padded into the forest. Willowkit looked around while Twistedkit shyly stared at the ground. "Im going to uh see the elders.." He mewed quietly. He trekked to the elders den, ears and tail still low.

I thought about it, but I like the second ones background better

Coldfur lapped up some stream water before coming back. Willowkit shot up at the thought of an idea. "How about Mossball!" She suggested. twistedkit listened to the tale of Skyclans return from the elders.

I'll give Survivors a try, Seems like a good plot and just because its a new group of a authors doesn't mean it will be bad. Who knows you might like the new authors? :)
